The first step in getting that job you have always wanted by having an eye catching CV. you need to have experiences, it’s very important. If you don’t have past experience, you can start by volunteering, offer your services for free. That’s one way of getting experience.

Applying for internships can also help in gaining experience. There are paid and unpaid internship. Work with organizations that are similar to where you hope to work in.

You also have to be equipped with the right skills.

Write a compelling cover letter, know more about the organization you want to work in.
Lastly, have good communication and negotiation skills.

I hope I have answered your question.
