Proten International – Our customer, a prominent FinTech firm, is recruiting appropriately qualified candidates to occupy the role below:

 

Job Title: POS Technician

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry: Fintech (Lending Company)

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Installation of POS, care, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair of hardware and software.
  • File, prioritize and follow up on all support tickets.
  • Conserve working relationships with Customers and Partners.
  • Recommend and assess technical solutions and alternatives.
  • Organize all on site installation, repair, care, and tryout tasks.
  • Analyze errors or technical problems and deduce adequate solutions.

 

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have a BSc. qualification
  • Must have at least 3 years of proven work experience in related position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capacities.
  • A logical mindset with outstanding organizational abilities.
  • An optimistic customer service understanding
  • Proficiency in assisting POS software, hardware development cycle to include requirement-based examination.
  • Capacity to create and oversee a team that is positive and ready to make efforts to accomplish customer service objectives.

 

Salary

N120,000 to N200,000 per month.
