We are recruiting:

Job Title: Office Receptionist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting and connecting visitors with the appropriate party
  • Answering the phone timely and directing calls to the appropriate offices
  • Producing and managing both hardcopy and digital filing systems.
  • Planning for travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
  • Receiving and passing on messages to staffs
  • Copying, filing and maintaining electronic or paper records and documents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must have 2 to 5 years proven work experience.
  • Must have an Overachieving Attitude
  • Good Work Ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication
  • Must be friendly, professional, able to adapt and patient
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
  • Must be accurate and able to pay attention to Detail
  • Must have high Integrity
  • Strong interpersonal, telephone, MS office, Active listening, and Organisational Skills
  • Must have an excellent ability to handle Pressure

Salary

N40,000 to N50,000 per Month.
