Job Title: Office Receptionist
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
- Warmly greeting and connecting visitors with the appropriate party
- Answering the phone timely and directing calls to the appropriate offices
- Producing and managing both hardcopy and digital filing systems.
- Planning for travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
- Receiving and passing on messages to staffs
- Copying, filing and maintaining electronic or paper records and documents
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Candidates must have 2 to 5 years proven work experience.
- Must have an Overachieving Attitude
- Good Work Ethic
- Excellent written and verbal Communication
- Must be friendly, professional, able to adapt and patient
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Must be accurate and able to pay attention to Detail
- Must have high Integrity
- Strong interpersonal, telephone, MS office, Active listening, and Organisational Skills
- Must have an excellent ability to handle Pressure
N40,000 to N50,000 per Month.
