Job Title: Hausa Speaking Contact Centre Agent
Employment Type: Full-time
- Handling customer enquiries or complaints via telephone, emails, chats or text messages.
- Providing customers with relevant information and support
- Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls.
- Making sure that customers or callers are satisfied.
- Obtaining information from customers.
- Ensuring optimum call(outbound/inbound) quality consistently
- Contributing to team effort by achieving related results as at when due.
- Showing forth competent product Knowledge.
- Promoting active and good listening skills.
- Managing length of calls.
- Using computer technology to handle high volume of calls
- Working closely with Team leads, supervisors and call centre managers so as to ensure all time customer satisfaction and synergy
- Adhering to call script and call centre policies.
- Compiling daily reports.
