Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Opebi-Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Strengthen client interest in the service and product provided by the firm.
- Inform customer on new and existing products on the system.
- Handle productive and proficient Brand cross selling of the firm’s products and services.
- Daily oversee client requests and inquiries during contact, guaranteeing that problems are properly, correctly and rapidly escalated for further escalation for solution.
- Follow through on obligations made to clients in the process of selling.
- Provide world class customer service by cross selling with vibrance and self confidence.
- Give valid product data and function as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
- Candidates who are interested should have a B.A, B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE, B.Tech, B.Ed, or B.Eng qualification.
- Must have 0 to 3 years of proven work experience.
- Candidates must not be older that 34 years old.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Must be a computer Literate.
- Must be fluent in English Language.
- Candidate must have finalized NYSC – this is mandatory.
- Candidate must live within or around Opebi Ikeja Agege, Ogba, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja, Maryland, Iyanapaja, Ketu, Alapere, Obanikoro, Fadeyi, Stadium, Yaba, Mushin,Obalende, Mile12, Ojota, Bariga, Oworonshoki, Iyanaoworo, Oregun areas of Lagos State
- N40,000 to N45,000 per month.
