- Replying quickly to client inquiries.
- Maintaining records of client dealings, transactions, statements, and grievances.
- Communicating and harmonizing with colleagues as is essential.
- Giving feedback on the efficiency of the customer service procedure.
- Supervising a team of subordinate customer service representatives.
- Communicating with clients through different channels.
- Admitting and settling customer grievances.
- Understanding our products inside and out so that you can reply customers’ questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Guarantee client satisfaction and give professional customer assistance.
- Candidate must have a High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent.
- Must have 2 to 10 years of proven work experience.
- Must be able to stay calm when customers are worried or angry.
- Must be proficient in using computers.
- Must have experience working with customer support.
N40,000 to N90,000 per month.
