We are recruiting:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Responsibilities

  • Rapidly and cordially respond the corporate phone lines within your duty area.
  • Probe, route and refer calls to the proper person or voicemail, in a competent manner.
  • Rapidly and courteously welcome guests and give them desired information and/or direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Retain stringent customer and program confidentiality.
  • Guarantee that the reception space is constantly neat and well arranged
  • Give general support as authorized by the supervisor.
  • Evaluate incoming mails and disseminate them in agreement with established corporate protocols.
  • Induce processing and dispatch of outgoing mails for all units.
  • Any other responsibilities may be allocated to you from time to time by administration.


Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper) from a respected University.
  • Must live in Abuja.
  • Should be a skilled and rather a certified Customer Service Executive
  • Previous Experience working with real estate firms will be an extra advantage.
  • Should be attractive and have a good fashion sense(Females are preferred)
  • Must have finalized NYSC.
  • Must have had 4 to 7 years of post-NYSC Experience, dealing with customers interface and the front desk.
