We are seeking to recruit a polite and professional Call Center Officer who will work closely with other team members to deliver outstanding services to our customers by effectively answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
- The Call Center officer will handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both while providing a positive experience for each caller. He/She will pay attention to our clients in a bid to understand the reason for their call, attend to all their questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
- To be a successful Call Center Representative, the applicant should be detailed oriented, efficient and customer-focused. You should be reliable, adaptable, reliable and polite.
- Candidate should have an OND, HND or BSc
- Having 1 to 2 years proven work experience will be preferred.
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication and active listening skills.
- Sound understanding of company policies, products and services.
- Must be able to ask prying questions and dissipate tense situations.
- Must have excellent decision making and time management skills.
- Must be accountable and adaptable.
