About Company

WHOOrganisation is a prolific industrial company that major in the sales and consultation of Health products and services. We are currently in need of an Office Assistant to help with office work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence
  • Preparing salaries, placing orders, and answering calls
  • Converse with clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Classify and distribute incoming mail
  • Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
  • Type correspondence, minutes, meeting notes, and forms among other documents
  • Photocopy, scan, and file documents properly
  • Edit and proofread documents for accuracy
  • Preserve accurate records and enter necessary data
  • Help with organising events when necessary
  • Carry out researches and collate data and information
  • Sign for delivered packages and give them to the appropriate recipient
  • Communicate with directors when necessary
  • Help in setting up new client accounts
  • Keep financial database records
  • Take care of reception upon occasion
  • Maintain stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary
  • Answer customer questions politely and confirm customer orders
  • Go for educational opportunities as needed

Job Requirements

– Proven experience in office assistance, office Management and a Related Field

– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office apps

– Knowledge of basic Office Management procedures

Salary

#85,000-110,000 monthly
