Roles and responsibilities
Ensure quality participation in Tendering, Opportunities and RFQs; Contribute to promote share increase in BINL and consumerele; consumer Relation Management- CRM coverage Market and surroundings continuous monitoring; observation of client satisfaction through client feedback form; acquiring theme compliance for each Crewboats and provide vessels; Preparation and illustration of the corporate at Exhibitions, Trade Shows; Stakeholders relationship management e.g. NCDMB, NAPIMS, NIPEX etc.
Description and Expected Outcome/Performance Indicators
Tender Preparation – Development and follow up reviews for all major tenders for BINL swimmer vessels and OSVs (with the acquiring companies) together with the subsequent scope:
Coordinating tendering method with up so far rate calculations as directed by the Director, Business Management
Ensuring completeness of all bids, and advising on tendering strategy.
Advising on potential risks which will arise from the tender.
Client Relationship Management:
Regular visit to consumer for relationship building.
Manage, coordinate and support Business development for all shoppers in African country.
Monitor consumer contacts to confirm best chance realization for all vessels
Quarterly Market Studies (Market wants, Competition, Opportunities)
Collation of market intelligence and competition identification on an everyday basis
Propose future market wants and services
Market activity awareness and coverage
Support business development plan/strategy for all BINL vessels as made public by the Director, Business Management.
Customer Feedback Form- Quarterly reporting:
Ensure follow up with Contract Managers for timely update and transfer of client feedback kind
Collect, Coordinate and analyze CFF
Ensure quarterly CFF analysis coverage is distributed.
Vessel preparation, CRM performance and every one business connected databases
Coordinates the preparation of Crew boats and provide vessels from Contract agreement
Ensure CRM accuracy by change with all RFQs, Sales Lead, Tenders, Opportunities received ar updated among 24hrs.
Continually reviews FCB and OSV market to spot acquisition opportunities
Market share penetration and increase patronage
New shoppers to be severally sourced- Minimum of 2 (2) firms per annum
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences; Engineering or a promoting connected discipline. Master in Business Administration are a new advantage.
Proficient in Contract bidding and tendering Processes.
Fluency in English. glorious oral and written language skills.
Minimum five years of general expertise among the business and promoting field.
Experience operating among a international organization ideally in Marine / Oil and Gas with information of Business Development & Ethics; Compliance rules and regulation; Contract bidding and Tendering.
Minimum of three years verified expertise in developing and corporal punishment promoting plans whereas conjointly supporting national programs is needed.
