Job Title: Recruitment Analyst

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Lagos

Recruitment Analyst Responsibilities

  • Provide operational day to day support to Recruitment Advisors and Recruitment Partners
  • Develop understanding of recruitment processes and apply these in a consistent manner
  • Maintain and update Required Recruitment Management System, particularly in the area of interview scheduling
  • Organise and schedule interviews as required by the Recruitment Advisors, to include, but not limited to; confirming line managers availability, booking interview rooms as required, confirming and communicating arrangements with both candidates and line managers, and updating the required Recruitment Management System
  • Maintain the teams processes for scanning and filing contracts received from Recruitment Agencies and External Consultants
  • Produce recruitment reports utilising the required Recruitment Management System, as directed by the Recruitment Manager
  • Respond to queries from internal and external customers in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment processes implementing changes when required

Recruitment Analyst Requirements

  • Skills and experience in marketing/advertising (marketing products, social media)
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft products
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business priorities and how these relate to recruitment priorities

Skills Required

  • Good time, workload management & organization skills, able to multi-task & prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong communications skills to clearly set expectations on candidates and clients
