About Company

TEMM Technologies is a fast growing brand that deals with latest technologies. We render technology services, installments, repairs and sales of latest gadgets. We are currently in need of a Customer Service Representative to help with customer relations.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Rep.

  • Putting up a patient, positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding on time to customer questions and inquiries about homes or lands.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels as needed.
  • Accepting, admitting and finding solutions to customer complaints.
  • Vast knowledge of our products, so that you can answer the questions thrown at you.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints safely.
  • Communicating, coordinating and collaborating with colleagues when necessary.
  • Giving reviews and feedbacks on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Leading and working with a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Making sure all customers are satisfied and providing professional customer support.
  • Showing empathy for customer’s distress and doing anything professional to help them.
  • Cancel, set up or upgrade customers’ accounts
  • Greet customers warmly and politely
  • Give advice on Company information
  • Acts as Company’s gatekeeper
  • Handle changes in Company’s policies
  • Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation of orders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in public relations is preferred
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm and maintain professionalism when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Good grip on computers.
  • Proven years of experience working with customer support.

Salary Given

#120,000 monthly
