WHOOrganisation is a prolific industrial company that major in the sales and consultation of Health products and services. We are currently in need of an Assistant manager to help with organisational work.
Job Responsibilities
- Making sure company policies are judiciously followed
- Improving company’s profits by controlling and managing costs.
- Hiring, orienting, training, mentoring, and developing new staff
- Funding solutions to customer issues to thoroughly satisfy and keep them
- Maintaining an overall management technique that follows company best practices.
- Monitoring, leading and giving adequate direction to new staff
- Making sure of product quality and reliability
- Planning, preparing and presenting employee and customers’ reviews.
- Working closely with the store or project manager to lead staff.
- Supervising retail and customers’ records
- Assisting customers professionally, when necessary.
- Organizing employee schedule and regulation
- Making sure that health, safety, and security rules are followed dilligently
- Taking disciplinary action against employee when necessary.
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Spuring employees and making sure they focus on the company’s mission.
- Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.
- Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
- Assisting in closing deals and keeping clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business Administration or high school diploma
- Proven work history and experience.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Be a team player.
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
- Experience as an assistant store manager or with retail store management

Salary
#95,000-120,000 monthly
